My wedding is out of state. Are you willing to travel?
Yes! Even though we are a Chicago wedding photography company, we’ve photographed weddings in different states before. We love to travel given that all travel and hotel expenses are covered.
Will I receive all of the pictures taken on my wedding day?
All images taken on the contracted date will go through an editing process by our editor. A selected number of images will be delivered to you on a USB drive in .jpeg format. Photographer’s release will allow you to print and make enlargements. In addition, if you would like to archive your day in its entirety, all unedited RAW images will be released to you at a price. Oftentimes, special software is required to view RAW images, which will not be provided.
How long will it take to receive my photos?
It usually takes 3-4 weeks to process the pictures and mail you the USB drive.
What equipment do you use?
We take pride in our work, we invest heavily in the latest equipment to ensure the best coverage on your special day. We use Canon and Apple equipment.
Do you retouch every picture?
We lightly edit every picture for lighting and color consistency. Selections for the photo album (if included in your package) are retouched in detail to achieve a flawless but natural look.
What if I don’t know how many hours or package to choose?
We understand the challenges of planning a wedding well in advance. We offer the flexibility of changing or customizing your photography package as the date nears. As long as we receive a deposit from you at the time of booking to reserve your place, we will be happy to work out the details with you at your convenience.
Do you have an hourly rate?
Every additional hour that exceeds the contracted duration is $200 per hour per photographer.
